DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED SYSTEMS FOR MONITORING THE MANUFACTURING AND BEHAVIOR PROCESSES IN SERVICE OF COMPOSITES BASED ON NON-INVASIVE EMBEDDED SENSORS

NERO is developing advanced monitoring systems based on non-invasive embedded sensors, which allow to carry out manufacturing and repairing processes of more efficient and environmentally sustainable composite material structures, and which, in turn, provide information on structural behavious during life in service of manufactured structures. 

RESINAS CASTRO S.L. has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to promote reseach, technological development and innovation.

NERO will develop advanced monitoring systems based on embedded non-invasive sensors. 

The EMMA Project will develop hybrid polymer-metal composite structures with the ultimate goal of replacing components made from more traditional materials at a competitive cost.
