PMP200 release film is manufactured from Polymethylpentene (PMP) copolymer resin (polyolefin family). It offers to manufacturers of composite products a material which will perform up to 200°C, depending on the specific application, for autoclave constructions. It suitable for the production of aesthetic carbon fibre composite parts when using prepregs like VTC212 and MTC275 range of materials.

PMP200 release film is manufactured from Polymethylpentene (PMP) copolymer resin (polyolefin family). PMP200 offers to manufacturers of composite products a material which will perform up to 200°C, depending on the specific application, for autoclave constructions. PMP200 is recommended for high temperature vacuum infusion process (mono-component resins). This release film does not contaminate the composite. PMP200 film is strong and has high elongation. This film can be used with contour surfaces or flat surfaces. PMP200 release film is suitable for all type of resins.

PMP200 release film is suitable for the production of aesthetic carbon fibre composite parts when using prepregs like Carbon-Epoxy Prepreg VTC212-C245T-HA-42%RW Twill 2x2 of 245 g/m2 and all the MTC275 range. All of them available in our shop.
