Vi5 Internal Infusion Mesh

VI5 is an internal knitted infusion mesh designed for use in vacuum assisted resin infusion processes.

Constructed from HDPE and manufactured in a 3D knitted pattern to allow controlled resin flow across the laminate. Ideal for use in areas of complex tooling geometry and high temperature applications

• Allows for a continuous air evacuation route when used with appropriate bagging materials
• Increases the surface quality and aesthetic of composite laminates. Avoids surface pinholes.
• Maximum temperature resistance: 200 ºC (392 ºF)
• Weight: 100 g/m2 (2.95 oz/yd²)
