INFUPLEX FLONET Vacuum Infusion Complex Infusion Mesh, 145 cm wide

INFUPLEX are multilayer systems used in manufacturing processes for vacuum infusion of composite materials. The systems combine two vacuum consumables into a two-layer unit: a perforated film ELA20P1, permeable to resin and gases; and a net bleeder on top. The glue used to assemble the component is neutral: soluble with polyester resins and doesn’t affect the resin flow. INFUPLEX is de-oiled and heat set: there is no risk of pollution with INFUPLEX. INFUPLEX allows an exceptional economy of time at every stage of manufacturing process. This easy-to-use solution eliminates the technical risk of overlap or of the omitted layer.
