Mini pumpsets, like DO10VTL4M, are independent vacuum-producing units with reduced size. Ideal for vacuum infusion and vacuum bagging processes in composites. It is a 230 Volts motor & 50 Hz pump.
They are composed of:
- A small welded sheet steel tank with perfect vacuum seal.
- A low-capacity dry or lubricated rotating vane vacuum pump.
- A mini vacuum switch for adjusting the maximum vacuum level.
- A vacuum gauge for reading the vacuum level.
- A switchgear enclosed in a special casing.
- A manual valve for vacuum interception.
- A cock for condensation drainage.
The vacuum level, preset via the mini vacuum switch is automatically maintained in the tank. Mini pumpsets can also be supplied with single-phase or DC electric motors.

Don't let resin from the vacuum infusion process destroy your pump. This 8 liters metallic vacuum-sealed tank is installed between the mould and the vacuum pump to capture excess resin that enters the vacuum line before it can damage your equipment.
- Apply any mould release agent to all interior surfaces of the resin trap prior to lay-up for easy clean-up once infusion is complete.
- Trap comes complete with 3 inlets for use with 12 mm vacuum tubing, and a QAC19 plug.
- It additionally has an output gap of 10 mm (1/4’’) pipe connection for tubes of 10/12 mm diameter.
PLEASE NOTE: For larger projects or those where resin does not infuse evenly, install multiple in-line resin traps.
