Diabag 80 High Elongation Bagging Film (Not compatible with styrene)

DIABAG 80 is a high elasticity extruded advanced copolymer vacuum film with a very high mechanical resistance. It has exceptional conformable characteristics, particularly when applied to complicated shapes with deep recesses or undercuts. It allows the moulding of complex forms.  
DIABAG 80 has a much better yield than the normal bagging film with poor elongation. This film is recommended for epoxy resin systems or prepregs. DIABAG 80 is not a release film

Keep this film at room temperature and normal hygrometry. Do not expose this film to the day light: DIABAG 80 is UV sensitive.

Remove the protective polyethylene before use when supplied in full roll .

It can be used with epoxy, phenolic resins and elastomers. Not resistant to styrene. You can use any of the tacky tapes with this film, but LSM5200 (black color), is the one that works best with it, as it has the highest stickiness of all in the range.
