Twill carbon fabric for high performance applications where high strength and low weight is required. Compatible with all type of thermosetting resins such as epoxies, BMIs and phenolics. Suitable for hand lay-up, infusion or RTM (Inyection).

 is a 245 gsm carbon fabric. It has 6.1 warp threads/cm and 6 weft threads/cm. It is made using a 2/2 twill weave.
The thread is a 3K carbon thread (3000 filaments).

C-WEAVE™ 245T 3K HS serves as an excellent surface layer and is used in areas where the surface finish and consistency must be of the very highest standard.

Type of carbon yarn: FT300B 3K 40B, with sizing for epoxy, BMI and phenolic resins.

SPOT reinforcements are fibres that come from overproduction of some of the highest quality materials or that may present small quality defects, which do not significantly affect the manufacture of the composite. Among the small defects in these fabrics we can mention these: a missing fibre yarn or a small crease in the fabric. They are always small imperfections or even negligible. The lower price more than compensates for the minor defects that may be present in these fibres/fabrics.
