150 g/m2 COMPOFORCE® Fiberglass Chopped Strand Emulsion Mat (CSM)

150 g/m2 COMPOFORCE® Fiberglass Chopped Strand Emulsion Mat (CSM) is made from E-glass low size chopped strands held together by an emulsion binder which makes it perfectly suitable for use with polyester, vinyl ester and urethane-acrylate resins. The basic strand has a sizing system containing a silane coupling agent.

Especially recommended for the construction of structural composite parts and tools, mainly for the first layers of the laminate in direct contact with the gel coat. Generally used in these cases for avoiding print- through on the gel coat surface. It is not recommended for epoxy resins.

It is mainly used in hand lay up processes although it can be also incorparated to the infusion range of materials.

• 150 g/m2 COMPOFORCE® Fiberglass Chopped Strand Emulsion Mat (CSM)) x full roll of 25 kg, supplied in a cardboard roll and packaged in plastic bag.
