1. CATALOGUE OF PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Castro Composites shows its product catalogue with prices that include value added tax (21%). 
Prices are valid as long as no changes are produced by the web administrator. The prices published on the website may change without notice.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of the purchase can be made in the following ways:

> Bank transfer

The order will start to be processed once payment has been verified. Generally this confirmation occurs within 3-7 days for international transfers and 48-72 for the national ones.

You can comfortably pay with your credit card through the payment gateway REDSYS (or virtual TPV). It is a system that guarantees security in Internet transactions.

You can pay by credit card or using your paypal account.

3. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

The products marketed on the website www.castrocompositesshop.com grant the right of return within fifteen (15) days of receiving the order, as long as they are in perfect condition and are returned in their original packaging. Returns of gelcoats and topcoats in RAL colour (GELTINT) will not be accepted, as these are expressly manufactured.

If the customer is not completely satisfied or has changed his / her opinion regarding the product within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the order, he may request the return of the product, upon prior notification to RESINAS CASTRO S.L .; Having to return it to our warehouse to freight paid in its original packaging, complete and without having used it.

In case the product has been opened and the customer have detected a manufacturing defect or preparation error in the shipment, RESINAS CASTRO S.L. may authorize the return at no cost to the customer. Also at the request of the customer, the material will be replaced, a refund will be made, or it will be discounted on a next purchase.

If a customer has just made a purchase but has changed his mind and wishes to cancel the order before it has been sent, he will be refunded with the total amount through the same payment method that he has used.

4. VALIDITY OF THE QUOTES

The budgets saved by the user will be valid for 30 days.

5. SHIPPING

Shipments can be delivered throughout the Spanish national territory, EU member countries and those non-EU countries for which the purchase of products is enabled. If your country is not listed please contact us to see means of transportation available.
Non-EU European countries have an additional charge for customs formalities (not included in the price).
Delivery will start to count once the payment is confirmed. Only working days will be calculable.
The user can see at his account, the order status: processed / shipped.
Delivery terms (transit times) will be based on the product, quantity, means of transportation and delivery destination.

6. ADR (DANGEROUS GOODS)

Some products will be considered dangerous goods (ADR) when their container exceed certain amounts. ADR products must be transported by special transport agencies, such as DACHSER or TXT.

If you have selected a product whose container size is considered ADR and you choose SEUR or Correos EXPRESS as carrier, those ADR products will be transferred into smaller containers to not breach the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road. That is, if you order a 25 kg resin drum and you select SEUR or Correos Express as carrier, the resin will be supplied in 5 containers of 5 kg each and its catalyst will be supplied in 5 containers of 100 g. This exception is not applicable to peroxides.

* The following products will be considered ADR (Dangerous Goods) when their container EXCEED the values shown in the table below. Products of equal or smaller size than those shown will not be considered ADR, so they may be transported also by DPD or GLS.

9. SPECIAL NATIONAL RATES

With SEUR, balearic rate does not include special reshipment to the island of Formentera that will be billed according to General Rate.

With SEUR, canary rate does not include special reshipment to the islands of Hierro and Gomera that will be billed according to General Rate.

Shipments to and from the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla, due to their special customs regime they will be increased by the corresponding amount.

11. LEGISLATION

The company is shown subject to Spanish law and are subject to the mediation of the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Autonomous Community of Galicia.
For any divergence arising from this contract, both parties expressly submit and renouncing their own jurisdiction to the courts of Pontevedra.

Also we would like to inform you that for online merchants the new year brings relevant legislative changes. UIn ° 524/2013 Regulation on online dispute resolution for consumer enters into force on 09.01.2016.

Regulation called ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) seeks to establish an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and just to solve various disputes arising from international online sale of goods and services between EU countries judicial proceedings.

This objective should be achieved through the establishment of an ODR platform (the platform online dispute resolution) in the EU and the rules of cooperation with national agencies responsible for alternative dispute resolution.
