It has been developed for use as an insulation filling all kinds of elements in the refrigeration industry (refrigeration cabinets, showcases, exhibitors ...) in the heat (electric water heaters, accumulators, reservoirs ...) in the construction, boats and, in general, in all applications where manual mixing is necessary.
Component A: Mixture of polyols and additives (catalysts, stabilizers and expanding agents (HFC). Does not contain HCFCS.
Component B: Isocyanate H (Diphenylmethane-diisocyanate).
Mixing ratio A/B by weight: 100 (Polyol) / 110 (Isocyanate).
Cream time at 22 ºC: 16 (+-2) seconds
Gel time at 22 ºC: 85 (+-5) seconds
Tack-free time at 22 ºC: 160 (+-15) seconds
Consumption: 35 kg of product are needed in order to fill a volume of 1m3
