High reactivity and low viscosity two component rigid polyurethane without foaming agents. Suitable for the production of parts with a density between 1000 - 1300 kg/m3, high hardness and good physical and mechanical properties.
It can be processed between 20 and 30 °C, for open casting, rotational casting and low pressure injection.
Ideal for making figures, molded bars, plugs, caps, toy parts, molds, casings, frames, thumbnails, vehicle parts, prototypes, etc.
Mixing ratio by weight: 100:100.
Gel time: 90 seconds.
SHD Shore hardness: 75.
Polymerized color: ivory beige.

    Can I buy this liquid polyurethane and use a pressure spray gun?

    PU31 is a rigid polyurethane resin designed to be applied by casting, not by spray.

Buen producto, seca rapidamente con un buen acabado superficial, el único cuidado que hay que tener es pintarlo o protegerlo del sol ya que lo ataca muy rápidamente , se decolora y descompone si lo dejamos expuesto
