Crestabond M1-02 two component acrylic adhesive

Crestabond M1-02 is a toughened, two component 10:1 acrylic adhesive designed for bonding composites, thermoplastics and metals. This new generation of structural methacrylate adhesive meets the bonding requirements of most assembly operations. Demonstrating excellent impact, peel, shear, compressive strength and fatigue resistance properties across all bonded parts.

Application Properties

Working Time: 1 – 2 Minutes

Fixture Time: 2 – 3 Minutes

Gap Filling: 1 – 15 mm (0.04-0.6 inch)

Mixed Colour: Grey

Recommended Application Temperature: 18 - 25 °C (64 - 77°F)

Tensile Strength: 12 - 16 MPa (1.7 - 2.3 ksi)

Tensile Modulus: 600 - 1000 MPa (870 - 1450 ksi)

Tensile Elongation: 80 - 100%

Aluminium Lap shear: 17 - 21 MPa (2.4 - 3.0 ksi)

Recommended Operating Temperature: -40 - 100 °C (-40 - 212°F)
